Tasting notes:

Wine produced in very limited quantities, characterized by great structure and elegance. Ruby red in color, it has a typical bouquet of red fruits with a light spicy touch. On the palate it is soft, with a pleasant freshness.

Pairings:

Excellent with typical Sardinian meat-based dishes, from starters to main courses.

GRAPE VARIETY

50% Cannonau, 25% Carignano, 25% Bovale.

SOIL

Draining from granitic disintegration.

VINIFICATION

Fermentation of the must by selected yeasts in contact with the skins for 10 days with frequent pumping over of the mass in steel. After fermentation, it matures in barrique for 12 months and a year in bottle.
