Tasting notes:

Amber in color, the nose is complex and elegant, with hints of candied fruit, apricot, honey and flowers. In the mouth we find hints of caramel, vanilla and dried fruit. Balanced and persistent wine, with a good freshness that contrasts the alcoholic note.

Pairings:

Ideal to accompany dessert with typical Sardinian biscuits, from amaretti to savoiardi. It is also excellent with very mature cheeses, smoked salmon or dark chocolate.

SOIL

Draining from granitic disintegration.

VINIFICATION

Fermentation of the must by selected yeasts in contact with the skins at controlled temperature. The mass undergoes daily pumping over to wet the cap. After fermentation, the wine ages in barrique for 12 months. It does not undergo clarification or filtration.
