Tasting notes:

Hand-picked into small boxes in the early hours of the morning at the end of August or the first days of September. A pleasant floral bouquet with hints of yellow fruit. Good freshness on the palate, combined with a pronounced minerality typical of Gallura soils. A light almond finish reminiscent of the grape variety.

Pairings:

Ideal as an aperitif, it goes well with all fish dishes, from seafood starters to fried fish.
