Multiflower honey is produced in spring and summer. It is due to the flowering of various botanical sources that in our area are predominantly wild lavender, asphodel, clover, thistle, heather, rock rose, myrtle and eucalyptus. Coming from a very arid and wild territory, normally presents a high density and a tendency to crystallize with the arrival of autumn.
This type of honey comes in colors ranging from light to dark amber when it is dark liquid, and light brown if crystallized.
